In a word: magical! I have been on the Inner Beauty Retreat twice now. Twice a very special experience, which has given me so much on so many levels! The whole retreat; the program, the locations, the people, the food, everything is so beautifully coordinated by Mayke. And not to forget, Mayke herself: a huge source of inspiration, full of warmth, love and (intuitive) knowledge, there is no better host. Also, the individual Healings that Mayke gives are 'one of a kind', very special. Old blockades were broken through and afterwards I felt SO free! For everyone: go and experience it yourself!

I could write whole stories here about what I experienced there and how great it was, but what I really want to say above all is that I accomplished more here in 5 days, gained more insights and learned more about myself than in the 5 years before that in which I wore out many a psychologist and therapist. As far as I am concerned, there was a life before this retreat and now a life after the retreat. A life in which I am much happier, lighter and full of love.
